Producing a wine without sulfites requires a great deal of technical expertise and special attention during winemaking operations. Grapes are harvested before dawn, when the temperatures are the coolest, and transported quickly to the chai. The pressing is carried out away from oxygen in order to preserve the aromas. The pressing is gentle with a selection flowing juices. Vinification is carried out at 18°C ​​for maximize varietal aromas. Malolactic fermentation is realized.

It is a terroir rosé with a color strong salmon, very fruity aromas of small red fruits, light citrus notes. The mouth has a long reach by a nice structure. We find fruity notes, a beautiful balance that ends on freshness
