The winemaking is precise and very precise considering that we We do not use sulphur or oenological inputs at any time during the winemaking or bottling. Upon receipt, the grapes are immediately cooled to 8°C and pressed, taking care to separate the pressed juice. The juices are cold clarified in order to promote a natural clarification of musts and elimination of compounds oxidizable by precipitation. Alcoholic fermentation is rapidly initiated at temperatures of fermentation regulated between 17 and 18°C. At the end of fermentation, the wine is drawn off to keep some fine lees, which will serve as an antioxidant base during the breeding, before bottling. The latter intervenes quite early in the year to preserve the unique aromatic expression of this wine and preserve all of its qualities over time.

This vintage has a beautiful pink color. bright and reveals delicious aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and redcurrant. The mouth opens on delicate floral notes of rose and grapefruit, with a fresh finish, strawberry gourmand. This wine is very aromatic, of remarkable lightness and presents a very nice balance.
