Description of the wine

990 evokes the times of the feudal lords and the citadel of Fitou which has long marked the border between the kingdom of France and that of Aragon. For more than a thousand years the vineyard has been ideally located between sea and mountains on a terroir of limestone and schist.

Vinification and aging

The harvest is triggered after very precise monitoring of maturity and daily tasting of the berries. The picking is manual and the grapes are meticulously sorted as soon as they enter the cellar. The 2 grape varieties are vinified separately, which makes it possible to make the most of the potential of each grape variety. The Carignan is vinified in carbonic maceration for a period of 10 to 15 days, and a traditional maceration is carried out (with total destemming) for the Grenache. Part of the wine is aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.

Tasting note

The dress is a beautiful garnet. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, of spices, roasting and bud of blackcurrant. The power of the tannins is soft with a velvety grain. The balance is perfect.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
