Description of the wine

Located in the Corbières, the Domaine de Villemajou holds a special place for Gérard Bertrand.
This family property was purchased in 1970 by his father, Georges Bertrand.
The exceptional soil allows deep rooting, protecting the vineyard from Mediterranean climatic excesses (water stress, violent storms).
The vines are now cultivated organically and biodynamically (certification in 3 years)

Harmonious and complex, expressive and subtle, this wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or at the table with, fish, white meats in sauce or more cheese.

Vinification and aging

The vines are constantly tended to to preserve the health of the grapes. At the end of July, green harvests are carried out to allow for uniform maceration and guarantee the aromatic expression of each grape variety.

The grapes are placed in the pneumatic press as soon as they arrive at the cellar. The settling is carried out after a 48-hour cold rest. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures in the barrel. Stirring is systematically carried out; the aging lasts 4 months.

Tasting note

A bright, clear lemon yellow dress, with some green reflections. Complex nose with notes grilled, citrus, lemon and orange peel, infusion, verbena… Lively attack in the mouth, ample and full, fatty, generous and delicately woody in the finish.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
